Obstacle courses have many uses. One of these uses is to measure a person’s speed and endurance. Of course, you don’t necessarily have to create an obstacle course for such a purpose. You can create one for the sake of having a fun physical activity you and your friends can do. If you need ideas on how to make one, watch our activity video.
You should get help from your parents when constructing your obstacle course as placing the obstacles may prove too much to handle/dangerous when you're doing it on your own. Also, going through the obstacle can result in injuries if you're not careful, so you need adults nearby who can respond immediately to such a situation.
