You can create poetry out of already-written texts. By simply blacking out certain words in a text, you can create surprisingly beautiful poems. And it doesn’t even matter what kind of book we’re talking about! Whether it’s a Twilight book or a school book from reception, you can definitely create blackout poetry using it! Just make sure that no one minds you doing this to the book. So don’t take the novel mum’s reading, or one of dad’s business books, or even a school book that you have to return.
