Did you know that we’ve been playing board games for thousands of years? Even during the time of Roman Empire, people were already spending their time playing them. One board game played throughout the Roman Empire was “Ludus latrunculorum” (the game of brigands). Although nobody knows how exactly it was played back then, experts have been able to reconstruct the games rules based on available evidence. Instead of playing Monopoly the next time you have your friends over, why not “do as the Romans do” and play Ludus latrunculorum instead?
