Xhosa is one of the official languages of South Africa and is spoken by about 18% of the country’s population. One of the most distinctive features of Xhosa is its use of click consonants. Although it might be easy for you to produce these clicks when speaking slowly, it’s really hard when you’re talking really fast. Don’t believe us?
